Photo Challenge: A Day in the life

WordPress asked us bloggers for an in the moment day in the life photo challenge. I am sure
That others will post about their day on a safari or exploring  some Eastern European hamlets.
I wish I could offer a post as exciting.
But, here is an honest glimse of my life from yesterday. The last day my column would be published.

cleaning the house for our upcoming open house to show potential buyers,

and packing for our house hunting trip to Detroit,

even as our hopes dimmed after reading a disappointing email from our realtor.

I did take a moment to photograph the emerging shoots in my garden.

At least now I have time to blog from the road. A straight one at that.image

About stacylynngittleman

I have been a public relations professional and reporter -- and always thought I would live in the New York Metro area - before my husband took a job in Rochester, New York. Most in Metro New York can't find Rochester on a map,and neither could I before we moved. I am now a columnist and a freelance writer for Rochester's only daily newspaper, the Democrat & Chronicle. I also am passionate about gardening, fitness and most of all, Jewish education and Israel Advocacy. Here's my perspective on Western New York living - the good, the bad, and the snowy.

Mine was a sort of ordinary day too! House hunting/ selling is always a bit fraught if also exciting. Sorry about your disappointment with the realtor
All the best to you 🙂
