My weekly photo challenge post lacks the artistry of other bloggers, such as Olivia May’s photos of spring tulips, or a self portrait over at Broken Light, the only colors in my life in the whole spectrum that matter at this junction in my life are two.

Blue. and Orange.

The teams of our current and future homes will battle it out tonight in the Final Four. We are in Michigan right now, but will soon drive back to Rochester just so hubbby can watch the Orangemen play the Wolverines on his big flat screen TV.

One thing I learned this week is that people in Michigan love…., no WORSHIP – the color blue.

To fit in with my future Michiganders, I purchased Michigan ware for the whole family this week at a store called Campus Den at the Great Lakes Crossing Shopping Outlets.

But my husband, still holding onto our Western New York status, may never don the Blue and Yellow of U Michigan and will always remain an Orange fan. He dares to wear this sweatshirt even in Blue territory.
